City Style: The Windows of Bangkok

When you think of Bangkok, Thailand, luxury, fashion, style, and opulence
aren’t really words that come to mind. One wouldn’t think of the country
as a major fashion hub of SE Asia but it is quickly becoming just that.
Upon visiting the city this winter I couldn’t help but notice the bar
being increasing raised when it comes to the fashion experience.
As a fashionista and merchandiser I was thrilled!
Many of their major shopping complexes have recently
received facelifts. Each shopping district offers a unique experience. Below are some shots as we wondered through the newly renovated Siam Center in the heart of Bangkok.

The glass shelving around the store is unexpected.

Love the little details

I thoroughly enjoyed taking in all the incredible window displays and experienced the finest shopping Bangkok has to offer.

Yes, those are side tables converted into hanging displays. Amaze!

Shattered glass for a little edge

I was disappointed that we missed the opening of EMQuartier, the new
luxury hub for all things fashion and style in Bangkok. Check out the
opening and some photos here. At
least I have something new to look forward to next time.

visited Bangkok or call it your home? Tell me what you think about the
